A 3-month intensive Kumite Training Class held in Kyokushin-kan Afghanistan Central Dojo.

As per Kyokushin-kan Afghanistan strategic plan and goals, there was designed a 3 month intensive Kumite/fighting practice course for Herat Kyokushin-kan instructors and national team members. This 3 month fighting class started on November 01, 2013 and will end on Jan 31, 2014. The purpose of this intensive training is to prepare Afghanistan west region fighters for the coming national and international tournaments. Almost 30 fighters and instructors of Herat province attended the regular classes. The class was designed 3 sessions each week. All classes were thought by our President and Country Representative, Master Eng. Mohammad Seyar Azadani. The focus of the classes were on the following Kumite elements:

  • Kumite Techniques and Combinations
  • Blocking techniques
  • Body Conditioning and Core Exercises
  • Work Outs with Targets
  • Kumite Practice/Fighting Training Sessions
